ABOUT ME
I am a movement trainer and dedicated to the art of movement and body awareness. For me, there is hardly a better feeling than moving freely, powerfully, and connected to my own body. Together, we will discover new ways of moving and expand your movement capacity step by step!
MY PHILOSOPHY
Movement as a way of life
My greatest aspiration is to feel free in my movement. I believe the human body is adaptable, malleable, and capable of growth - it can change both in how it looks and in what it can do.
This is the mindset I want to share with my clients. Instead of thinking, “I’m limited in this movement, so I’ll avoid it,” I encourage a different perspective:
“I’m limited in this movement right now - what do I need to do to regain that capacity?”
I believe that movement limitations are often opportunities for growth, and that with the right approach, we can continuously expand what our bodies are capable of.

Teaching method
To have complete control over one's own movements. To move powerfully yet elegantly. To possess an athletic physique. To feel good without limitations. To try new sports and master them quickly.
If you ask most people, these are exactly their wishes. So why do so few actually train with this goal in mind?
Is it because we simply don't know where to begin?
My approach in 3 elements
Learning environment
If we want to learn movement in a new or different way, we need an environment that allows us to absorb new input. That's why I place great emphasis on a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere in my workshops, where we learn, experiment, and laugh together.
I myself often participate in courses I'm unfamiliar with and know how much courage it sometimes takes to even try something new. That's precisely why it's important to me to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and well supported.
Simplicity
I utilize insights from movement science to make learning new techniques and movements as effective as possible. To achieve this, I simplify the learning process by breaking down complex movements into individual components and gradually integrating new elements into familiar movement patterns. My approach is based on simplicity and sustainable progress: step by step, rather than all at once. Therefore, I present my content in a clear and practical way, so that even beginners can easily understand and implement it directly.
Structure
My primary goal is to provide people with a clear structure for their learning. Therefore, my focus isn't on individual "moves," but on the underlying principles that create orientation and understanding. Those who understand these fundamental principles can analyze, learn, and develop new movements more independently. This leads to a significantly better transfer to a wide variety of skills and movement situations. My aim is to impart tools that will continue to help participants understand and develop their movements beyond the workshop itself.
