Workshops
When I opened my studio, my initial focus was on personal training. However, through group classes, I discovered how much I enjoy exploring the spectrum of movement together with like-minded people.
Teaching workshops is one of those moments when I completely get into the flow and lose all sense of time.
For me, nothing beats the experience of in-person workshops. Besides the transfer of knowledge and experience, I especially value the feeling of togetherness. This special dynamic cannot be planned or forced – and that's precisely why it's always wonderful to see the encounters and connections that emerge.
To cater to different interests and motivations, I offer various formats. Whether a compact workshop or a deeper dive – no matter what: I've got you covered :)
MOVMEMENT POP UP

2-3 hour workshops designed to introduce newcomers to Ground Based Movement Training. Ideal for anyone who wants to better understand and, above all, experience human movement firsthand. The workshops include partner games, various forms of floorwork, quadruped movement, and introductory movement flows. Everyone is welcome and can easily drop in to try it out.
MOVEMENT INTENSIVE

Longer workshop formats for those who want to delve deeper into the world of human movement. Together, we'll explore beginner-friendly elements of strength, flexibility, and balance training, as well as floorwork, weight shifts, inversions, and soft acrobatics. All levels are welcome – curiosity and a desire to rediscover movement are all you need.

BACK2BODY RETREATS
One of the most exciting projects I'm currently working on came about last winter after I attended a retreat in Brazil. I've never been so fascinated by the physical presence of a country – movement, activity, and vibrancy everywhere. I immediately felt the desire to be part of this ecosystem.
Fast forward: This led to the development of a Movement Retreat Concept. The idea combines the Brazilian national sport of Jiu-Jitsu with Ground Based Movement Training and mindfulness.
You can trust me – it will be one of those experiences you'll remember for a long time. A time that brings us back to our physical being. You can expect 5-6 hours of varied training daily. Anyone with energy left afterward can surf, try futsal, or enjoy the stunning natural surroundings. And of course, there's plenty of time for enjoyment and socializing – local cafes, bars, and restaurants will take care of that.
